Job Position: Production Manager Monthly Salary: From $3,600 onwards Job Responsibilities Oversee the entire food production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and cost-control strategies to optimize output. Lead and manage production teams, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements. Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure adequate raw materials and packaging supplies. Identify process improvements and implement new technologies to enhance productivity. Analyze production data and generate reports to inform business decisions. Requirements: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Experience with production planning, budgeting, and process optimization. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
