Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Description & Requirements: Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. • Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers, outlets, and partners. • Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships. • Promote company food products and central kitchen services. • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate business agreements. • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to improve sales performance. • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth fulfilment of customer orders. • Prepare sales reports and update management on business performance. • Lead and guide sales team members to achieve targets. • Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements: • Minimum experience in sales, business development, or F&B industry preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. • Able to work independently and achieve sales targets. • Experience in food service, catering, or central kitchen industry is an advantage. • Good knowledge of market development and customer management.
