Associate / Senior Associate - Credit Documentation (Mortgage Documentation Team) About The Company Sing Investments & Finance Limited has more than 60 years of lending experience in the financing arena in Singapore. Responsibilities: Review and ensure that credit and security documentations are in compliance with the company’s guidelines and policies for loan disbursement. Liaise with external business partners like lawyers, suppliers, developers and contractors as well as internal stakeholders to facilitate loan disbursement. Provide administrative support for other functions like preparation of Letters of Offer and managerial reports. Opportunity for cross training to gain greater exposure across various loan products. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Banking & Finance or Law or its equivalent. Good interpersonal and communication skills (especially written English) Meticulous, driven and a fast learner Highly motivated team player with ability to work under stress Proficient in MS Office applications * Candidates without a diploma but with relevant experience will also be suitably considered. Remuneration and corporate rank will commensurate with experience.
