BIM Modeller

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeller to join our team of professionals. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for creating and managing detailed digital models of building projects, including all structural, architectural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) components. Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to create accurate and detailed 3D models of building projects using BIM software (such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks). Ensure that all project models meet industry standards and client requirements, and are accurate and up-to-date. Work with project teams to resolve design conflicts and coordinate building systems. Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve any potential construction issues before they occur. Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models. Maintain BIM libraries and standards, and continuously improve modelling techniques and workflows. Train and mentor junior BIM modellers. Attend project meetings, provide technical support, and assist with project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably in building projects. Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks. Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
