Job Summary The Social Work Associate supports the Volunteer After-Care Programme by managing administrative tasks for the IIMAC & ETP initiatives, assisting volunteer recruitment and welfare, and engaging in client work to aid desistors and their families. Responsibilities Manage administrative tasks for: Initiative for Incarcerated Mothers and Affected Children (IIMAC) focusing on the wellbeing of children of incarcerated mothers and their caregivers Early Triaging Process focusing on dependents of incarcerated women in need of support Support volunteer management processes including recruitment, training coordination, volunteer engagement, and welfare monitoring to maintain a committed volunteer pool Assist the Volunteer After-Care Programme Manager in implementing programme standards and processes to deliver consistent service quality Engage directly with clients to provide support aligned with programme goals, facilitating reintegration and well-being Collaborate closely with volunteers to foster effective communication and teamwork within the Association We Are Looking For Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with volunteers and stakeholders Strong organizational and coordination skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively A collaborative team player who can also work independently
