Base Maintenance Controller

The Maintenance Controller is responsible for driving the timely completion of maintenance checks and rectifications for SIA and subsidiary aircraft in hangar environments. This includes managing MRO preparations, reporting progress in daily operations meetings, and conducting audits to ensure documentation accuracy. Candidates must be a Licensed Aircraft Engineer with preferably 10 or more years of experience in base maintenance. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required to interact with various departments and manage MROs.
