We provide high-quality coaching programs tailored for players of all ages and skill levels, from young beginners to competitive athletes aiming for national and international success. Position Overview We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and dedicated Badminton Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting high-standard training sessions, designing structured player development programs, and fostering a disciplined yet supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Training & Coaching: Conduct group and individual training sessions for players ranging from young beginners to advanced/competitive levels. Skill Development: Plan and execute structured training lesson plans focusing on technical skills, footwork, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning. Player Assessment: Evaluate player performance, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Competition Management: Prepare players for local and regional tournaments, providing court-side coaching and strategy during matches. Safety & Discipline: Ensure a safe, positive, and motivating environment during all coaching sessions while maintaining discipline and sportsmanship. Administrative Duties: Assist in tracking attendance, managing training equipment, and supporting academy events or camps. Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience as a badminton coach or a former competitive badminton player (national, state, or club level preferred). Strong understanding of badminton fundamentals, advanced techniques, footwork patterns, and tactical strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate children and young athletes. Valid coaching certifications (e.g., NCRY / NROC, BWF Level 1/2) or relevant sports science diplomas/degrees are highly advantageous. Valid First Aid & CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain one upon joining).
