Executive (Professional Education & Member Services)

The Singapore Dental Association (SDA) is seeking a proactive and organised Executive to join our Secretariat. This role supports the planning, promotion and administration of the Association's Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programmes, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) courses, venue rental services and member communications. Key Responsibilities Coordinate CPE and SSG programmes and related administration. Prepare and manage promotional materials, e-blasts and website updates. Administer venue rental enquiries, bookings and event coordination. Coordinate advertising and member communications. Support Secretariat events, projects and daily operations. Requirements GCE A-Level, Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education or related disciplines. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to manage multiple tasks independently. Experience in training, event management, marketing or administration is an advantage.
