We are looking for a proactive Account Executive to support client communication, sales coordination, and project follow-up. Job Scope Identify and follow up on new business opportunities. Communicate with clients to understand business requirements. Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and service agreements. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Follow up on leads, project progress, payments, and renewal opportunities. Support meetings, demonstrations, and occasional on-site client visits. Maintain accurate sales and customer records. Requirements Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident is mandatory. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Good English communication and presentation skills. Strong organisational, follow-up, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable discussing software, digital solutions, or AI products. Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, IT, or software services is preferred. Independent, responsible, and results-oriented.
