Account Assistance

Roles & Responsibilities: Strong experience in handling a full set of accounts in an SME company To manage and issue invoice and credit note To take charge and manage AP/AR To take charge of all banking transactions including outing payments to suppliers, creditors, and internal claims reimbursement Processing of purchase invoices Maintain and update accounting databases and files Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities To provide administrative support to upkeep customer and supplier account Provide administrative support to Finance Manager Know all the relevant Singapore Tax Rules and Legal Finance requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles Any other ad hoc duties Qualifications: Diploma or degree in accountancy or equivalent At least 3 year’s experience in accounting and bookkeeping High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with accounting software e.g Million Accounting Software and MS Office especially Excel Strong numerical and analytical skills Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and supportively
