Sales Coordinator

Job Scope & Key Responsibilities Order Management : Handle end-to-end processing of customer orders, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO) , Delivery Orders (DO) , and Invoices . Customer Liaison : Respond to inquiries via phone and email regarding product pricing, availability, and promotional details. Logistics Coordination : Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to schedule deliveries and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Sales Support : Assist the outdoor sales team by preparing quotations, cost estimates, and organizing sales documentation. Data Administration : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer databases in the ERP system. After-Sales Service : Manage customer feedback and returns, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery. Requirements & Criteria Education : Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or a Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field. Experience : 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination is preferred. Languages : Proficiency in Language is required to communicate effectively with clients and partners. Technical Skills : Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/outlook) and experienced with data entry and billing systems.
