Finance & Accounting Executive

The Finance and Accounting Executive is responsible for gathering and monitoring financial data, expense and income reports, preparing accurate fee statements, forecasting costs and revenues and managing the company’s internal and external payments. They ensure compliance with accounting regulations and support the company’s financial decisions. In this key position, you will work closely with the Company’s senior management and key external stakeholders to manage the company’s financial and accounting processes, day-to-day tasks relating to the financial operations of the company. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Prepare regular income statements for sales team, and monitoring expenditure and cash flow 2. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure preparation of month-end and year-end accounts and statutory accounts 3. Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data 4. Working with external stakeholders on fees and invoicing and commission payout 5. Organize internal and external audits with the relevant parties 6. Perform regulatory reporting 7. Assist with the day-to-day operations and administration of the company Requirement: 1. Accounting degree holder 2. Minimum 3 years related working experience in accounting firm or asset management firm preferred 3. High adaptivity to a dynamic changing environment 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
