Responsibilities Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, bank reconciliations, payroll postings and general ledger. Prepare accurate month‑end and year‑end financial statements and supporting schedules. Coordinate consolidation and reporting to China HQ; translate/clarify financial information as required. Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements (GST, corporate tax, ACRA filings) and internal controls. Monitor cashflow, prepare cash forecasts and liaise with banks for payments and facilities. Oversee invoicing, collections and credit control; resolve discrepancies with customers and suppliers. Manage external relationships: auditors, tax advisors and payroll providers. Implement and improve accounting policies, procedures and systems. Support budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting for senior management. Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff; manage workload and ensure deadlines are met. Requirements Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA) preferred. Minimum 8-10 years’ accounting experience (working in regional or China‑linked companies is an advantage). Strong technical knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST and corporate tax compliance. Hands‑on experience with accounting software / ERP and MS Excel; experience with Xero/SAP/QuickBooks desirable. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus for coordination with China HQ. Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. Proven ability to supervise/mentor junior staff and work collaboratively across teams and time zones. High integrity, strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability. Willing to travel to Tuas Nexus Drive worksite (pick up transport provided at Bedok and Boon Lay MRT)
