Analyst -Contract (Corporate Actions & Asset Servicing)

Job role:- Asset Servicing is responsible for managing Voluntary Income and Corporate Actions events across global equity and fixed income products. Our focus areas include: • Event creation and reconciliation • Instruction and entitlement distribution • Dedicated client service Key Responsibilities • Manage distribution of entitlements from Voluntary and Mandatory APAC Equity & Fixed Income Corporate Action and Income events • Create and maintain Asset Servicing events in proprietary systems • Support internal trading desks, prime brokerage clients, stock loan counterparties, and external brokers • Reconcile cash and stock balances accurately • Interpret and liaise with custodian banks and self-clear markets using industry standards such as SWIFT • Deliver precise, timely work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Skills & Experience We’re looking for candidates with: • Strong understanding of broker-dealer environments and associated market risks • Experience in Asset Servicing within APAC markets • Superior organizational skills for both daily operations and project work • Logical, proactive problem-solving abilities • Excellent teamwork and good communication skills • Ability to thrive in high-risk environments with challenging deadlines • A track record using of initiative and process improvement • This is a 1 year contract R1100673 99C3289
