Job Summary Join Skyf.IT as a Junior Executive to drive B2B prospecting, corporate outreach, and talent sourcing for technical staffing. You will coordinate recruitment processes and engage with clients to support our expanding technology manpower division. Responsibilities Research and identify Singapore companies needing technical contract staffing or IT infrastructure support to generate business opportunities Conduct professional outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold/warm calls to engage corporate HR managers and IT stakeholders effectively Post job advertisements on local portals, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical/IT candidates’ suitability Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth recruitment processes Demonstrate resilience and proactive communication by confidently making cold calls and learning IT terminologies to support client needs Communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English to build rapport with corporate clients and candidates Preferred competencies and qualifications CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) Basic certification is preferred but not mandatory Local Diploma, GCE A-Levels, or Higher Nitec in any field; fresh graduates or career switchers from customer service, retail, or hospitality sectors are welcome Other Information Benefits Uncapped earning potential with stable monthly base salary plus lucrative performance bonuses without ceiling Full sponsorship of CEI course and exam for high performers, plus further professional education and skills training Comprehensive healthcare with full medical insurance coverage upon confirmation Prime office location in Tai Seng, a 3-minute sheltered walk from the MRT station We regret that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
