JOB DESCRIPTION Handle daily administrative tasks to support the department’s operations. Assist in new car sales and used car sales and purchase processes. Coordinate vehicle registration, ownership transfer, insurance, road tax, and financing documentation. Liaise with sales personnel, banks, and relevant government authorities to ensure smooth processing of sales. Monitor the sales process from order confirmation to vehicle delivery. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database. Follow up with customers regarding documentation, payments, and delivery schedules Coordinate vehicle movements and manage inventory records efficiently. Prepare necessary documents, including quotations, agreements, and reports. Monitor payments and billing and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure precise data entry and maintain organized filing systems. Provide regular updates and reports to management to support decision-making. Job Requirement: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification At least 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry Positive learning attitude and a strong team player Bilingual in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts/customers) Good interpersonal and communication skills 5-day work week
