Audit Associate/Senior

Key Responsibilities: - Lead audit engagements of various sizes - Collaborate with team members for timely completion and high-quality audit work - Manage client relationships and expectations - Guide and coach junior staff - Develop and execute audit plans, programs and verification Specific Tasks: - Obtain understanding of clients' businesses and develop tailored audit strategies - Prepare and document planning procedures - Perform audit tests of controls and substantive procedures to ensure that these assignments are planned, executed, documented and concluded based on the relevant professional standards - Address assertions such as existence, completeness, rights, obligations, valuation, accuracy, presentation, and disclosure - Prepare recommendation letter to client to improve control and enhance business efficiency - Assist in due diligence, grant audit, compilation and any other special audit services - Work closely with Audit Manager/Audit Partner Requirements: - Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification - 2+ years of relevant audit experience (preferable) - Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards - Strong communication and analytical skills - Proactive, committed, and team-oriented - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively What We Offer: - Opportunity for professional growth and development - Challenging and fulfilling career advancement - Dynamic working environment and practices - Ongoing training and support - Unlimited pantry access - Competitive compensation package
