Supporting HR Manager in full HR spectrum including recruitment & selection, staff benefits & welfare and learning & development. Learning & Development - review existing performance management form. To ensure all staff have the relevant skills to increase productivity and administer SDF and other governmental grants for claim submission. Support leader to develop, redesign and manage technical training curriculum for business units Support in overall technical training programs in manufacturing areas Conduct training, perform evaluation on training & assessment Plan and coordinate in house and external training Monitor and maintain proper training records Handle all employee matters - counselling, grievances etc. Online processing of work pass for foreign workers Job Requirements Minimum Diploma holder At least 2 years' experience in HR / Learning & Development 5 days work near Gul Circle MRT (5mins walk from MRT) Salary $3500 - $4500 Start work within short notice Interested applicants please send over your Resume.
