Customer Service Executive (Oil & Gas Manufacturing)*Up To $5500

Job Summary Manage inside sales and order processes while coordinating procurement and material sourcing to support manufacturing and engineering operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate commercial documentation and efficient workflow. Responsibilities Manage inside sales activities to drive order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Oversee order management processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders Coordinate basic procurement and material sourcing to maintain inventory and production needs Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align sales, procurement, and operational goals Prepare and handle commercial documentation including quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices to support business transactions Interpret engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) to support procurement and order accuracy Job Requirements Diploma in Engineering or related field 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, industrial, or technical product sectors Other Information Work location near Gul Circle MRT Salary up to $5500
