About this role

Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for FIX Protocol connectivity and trading applications. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, connectivity incidents, and client-reported problems in a timely manner. Work closely with clients, business users, and internal technology teams to investigate and resolve trading and messaging-related issues. Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis for application and connectivity incidents. Support onboarding, testing, certification, and configuration of client FIX connections. Participate in project implementations, system enhancements, and production releases while ensuring delivery within tight timelines. Perform Unix/Linux-based system checks, troubleshooting, and operational support activities. Document incidents, procedures, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence. Job Description: Good understanding of FIX Protocol 4.2 / 4.4 Experience in client-facing interactions and business stakeholder management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly Experience working on projects with tight deadlines Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of trading workflows is an added advantage
