Condominium Manager

As a Condominium Manager at Smart Property Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of residential condominium properties. This full-time position is based in Singapore and will involve overseeing all aspects of property management, from facilities maintenance to tenant relations Job Description: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, cleaners, and other service providers to ensure the upkeep of common areas and facilities Manage budgets, financial records, and service contracts for the condominium Communicate effectively with residents, addressing their concerns and facilitating a positive living environment Organise and attend meetings with the condominium's management committee Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and the condominium's by-laws Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall value and appeal of the property. Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender. Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors Job Requirements: Applicants must be willing to work a 5.5 days work week . (Alt Sat subject to client's approval) Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related discipline. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in the residential condominium sector Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, service providers, and the management committee Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in property management Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications Conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act. Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks. Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification. Accredited Strata Manager Certification is preferred.
