Purchasing Executive

Key Responsibilities : (I) Global Sourcing & Procurement Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with international suppliers for pneumatic components. Source cost-effective and high-quality parts that meet company standards. Conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and alternative materials. (II)Supplier & Vendor Management Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with global suppliers. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration. (III) Inventory & Cost Control Optimize purchasing strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels. Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure supply chain efficiency. Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability. (IV) Compliance & Documentation Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and international trade regulations. Manage and maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and reports. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth import/export processes. Requirements : 3 Years Relevant Experience Competent in IT (Good in Data Management) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset Hardworking and willing to work overtime as needed Ability to understand and appreciate engineering concepts
