Job Duties and Responsibilities 1) Recruitment / Staffing 2) Performance Appraisal. 3) On and Out Boarding Processing 4) Employee Training Management 5) Conflict Management, Discipline 6) Management of Remuneration (payroll, employee benefits etc.) 7) MOM Requirement Management (labour laws, regulations etc.) Job Requirements 1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related business field 2) Proven experience in HR Work 3) Good communication (Oral & written) and Interpersonal skills 4) Critical thinking/Problem-solving capabilities 5) Proficiency in MS Office applications, HRIS (Human Resource Information system) and Data Literacy. 6) Passionate, Proactive and objective driven 7) Leadership Skills 8) Empathy & Emotional Intelligence 9) Negotiation Persuasions skill 10) Teamwork and Collaboration skills 11) Sense of urgency and committed to the work and ability to do overtime when necessary. 12) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
