Childcare Principal

Job Summary Lead and supervise childcare teams to deliver quality early childhood education. Communicate effectively across all levels and utilize social media to engage stakeholders and support childcare operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise childcare staff to ensure high-quality care and education in a childcare setting Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, parents, and stakeholders to support childcare operations Apply knowledge of early childhood education leadership to enhance program delivery and team performance Utilize social media platforms to engage with the community and promote childcare services Manage daily childcare activities to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Pre-school Education Leadership (DPE-L) or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) At least 1 year of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting Preferred competencies and qualifications Familiarity with social media platforms for communication and engagement Other Information Working Location: Pandan Garden Annual leave and medical leave benefits
