Dental Clinic Assistant

As a Dental Assistant in our premium, technology-driven dental practice, you will deliver exceptional chairside and patient care services. You will support our dentists in providing advanced, high-quality treatments while ensuring a seamless, comfortable, and memorable experience for every patient. Requirements: Full time Start work immediately Able to work on weekends Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients On-the-job training provided Career growth opportunities No experience required Clinical Duties: Assist dentists chairside for general, cosmetic, surgical and all dental-related procedures. Prepare treatment rooms with required high-tech equipment (intraoral scanners, digital X-ray units, CAD/CAM systems). Assist dentists in taking digital X-rays, photographs and 3D scans. Maintain stringent infection control and sterilisation protocols. Manage dental materials, instruments and advanced dental technology. Patient Care: Greet patients with professionalism and warmth. Provide reassurance and clear explanations of procedures. Monitor patient comfort; offer amenities such as blankets, headphones, and neck pillows. Give detailed post-op care instructions. Administrative and Technical Support: Accurately update and maintain patient records in practice management software. Coordinate with dental labs. Monitor and restock clinical supplies and materials. Operate and troubleshoot digital equipment and software.
