Innovation Manager, Project & Engineering (Metro, Copenhagen)

The Innovation Manager drives innovation for the Copenhagen Metro by accelerating pilot projects and implementing new technologies. The role involves owning the local innovation roadmap and coordinating the transfer of AI and sustainability developments from global partners into local engineering practices. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in innovation or project delivery, preferably within rail, transit, or complex technical operations. Candidates must be fluent in English, eligible to work in Denmark, and possess strong skills in running MVPs and managing stakeholders.
