Job Summary Join as a Senior Marketing Executive – International Markets to drive brand growth and execute impactful marketing initiatives across multiple international markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver successful campaigns. Responsibilities Regional Marketing Management Partner with regional sales teams to develop annual marketing plans and product launch calendars for assigned markets Drive brand growth by ensuring consistent brand execution across international markets Execute consumer marketing campaigns, promotions, trade activations, and events to increase market engagement Coordinate with creative agencies, distributors, and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives on schedule Support new product development and innovation projects from concept through commercial launch Collaborate with R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure smooth product development and launch processes Global Brand Development Support development and implementation of global brand strategies and communication platforms to strengthen brand presence Develop and maintain global brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all markets Create and manage marketing toolkits, campaign materials, and digital/social media assets to support brand initiatives Ensure compliance with brand governance and approval processes to maintain brand integrity Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned international markets Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external agencies Collaborate effectively with distributors and regional partners across diverse markets and cultures to align marketing efforts Ensure alignment between regional execution and global brand strategy to maximize impact Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, food & beverage, or international brand management Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience managing regional or international marketing activities Experience with digital marketing platforms Other Information EA License Name & License Number: SMTP Consult Pte.
