The primary goal is to ensure all M&E works—including Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary systems—are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements. Covers MEP DfMA inspection and T&C when necessary.
