Patient Service Associate

We are currently looking for 2 Patient Service Associates!! -------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for patients, managing enquiries, appointments, and registrations Support daily clinic operations using our clinical systems and mobile platforms Assist with clinic coordination, including scheduling and inventory management Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organised, and welcoming Handle payments, billing, and end-of-day counter closing Provide support to patients and escalate queries when needed Other ad-hoc duties as assigned -------------------------------------------------- Requirements: Must be confident in handling administrative work using - Word/ Excel, computer and mobile apps Able to work flexible shift hours and locations (according to monthly roster) Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn Able to work independently with minimal supervision Bonus Skill/Experience: Customer Service and receptionist experience of at least 1 year -------------------------------------------------- You’ll gain: A front-row seat to how a fast-growing healthcare clinic operates Real-world exposure working alongside clinicians and healthcare professional Hands-on experience that builds confidence, communication, and problem-solving skills Structured on-the-job training and mentorship Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8:45am – 5:45pm / 11:15am – 8:15pm (rotating shifts) Friday & Saturday: 8:45am – 5:45pm 5-day work week (off on Sunday + 1 weekday) Closed on Public Holidays
