What You'll Do Manage daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation. Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Receive, inspect, and organise incoming stock in accordance with inventory procedures. Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure warehouse inventory is properly labelled, organised, and easily identifiable. Optimise warehouse space through effective stock organisation and repackaging where required. Prepare shipping, carrier, and delivery documentation accurately and on time. Deliver goods to customers or business locations while ensuring safe handling, professional service, and on-time delivery. Maintain delivery vehicles in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition by coordinating inspections and servicing. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with workplace safety standards. Represent the company professionally by upholding our service standards and corporate image during customer interactions. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support operational requirements and business needs. Take part in exciting project-based initiatives such as warehouse improvements, inventory migration, process optimisation, system implementation, and new business projects. Support the Warehouse Manager with continuous improvement initiatives and undertake additional responsibilities as required. What We're Looking For Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and logistics operations. Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred if delivery duties are required). Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. A team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handling physical warehouse activities.
