Construction Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily construction activities between the project team, site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule. Lead and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards. Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies. Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, consultants, and clients on site matters. Prepare daily site reports and update project progress. Plan and arrange manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. Resolve site issues and report delays or technical problems promptly. Attend site meetings and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure good housekeeping and proper documentation on site. Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision. Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Building, Civil Engineering, or Construction. Able to read and interpret construction drawings. Good knowledge of construction methods and quality standards. Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and under pressure. Possession of relevant safety certificates (e.g. Supervise Construction Work for WSH) is an advantage. Preferred Skills Leadership and team management. Planning and scheduling. Site coordination.
