The Role: Permanent Part Time Customer Service Officer As our new Permanent Part-Time Customer Service Administrator, you'll guide our clients through their swimming experiences. Ensuring every client enjoys their time at the swim school. From answering calls and responding to WhatsApp messages and emails, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our school, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Tech Savvy: You navigate Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with ease, and have sound knowledge of scheduling software. Client Connector : You excel at making connections, whether it’s face-to-face, on the phone, or online. Learning Lover: You seek out learning opportunities and have a growth mindset, always eager to expand your skills. No invoicing experience? No problem! We’re happy to train you—but you’ve got to have a thirst for knowledge. The Nitty-Gritty: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales or roles involving customer interactions.
