About the Role: The Senior Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, while maintaining clear communication with clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of design processes, client needs, and project logistics. What makes the role successful: Project Leadership: Take full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the projects, ensuring all project objectives and client expectations are met. Budget and Timeline Management: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Control: Ensure that all design work and construction activities meet the company's standards of quality, design specifications, and client expectations.
