Singapore ran out of space a long time ago. For 15 years, Spaceman has been the answer —Italian-made murphy beds, sofa beds, storage beds and extendable tables that turn a 400 sq ft flat into a home that doesn't feel like one. We've never sold a single piece online. Every customer walks into our heritage shophouses howroom on Lavender Street, sits on the furniture, and talks to a real person before they buy. It works. Now we need someone who can make sure more of the right people walk through that door. About the role You'll be involved in marketing at Spaceman end to end — the ideas, the channels, and the agencies we pay to execute them. This is a hands-on seat: part strategist, part producer, part scorekeeper. What you'll do ● Set the social media strategy and create the content — real customer transformations, real showroom moments, not stock-photo furniture ads. ● Generate a steady pipeline of qualified showroom appointments through paid and organic marketing. ● Direct our performance marketing and SEO agency partners, and hold them to numbers, not narratives. ● Bring genuinely new ideas for driving sales — promotions, partnerships, email/WhatsApp nurture, whatever gets more people to book. ● Use AI tools to move faster on content, reporting and analysis than a marketing team twice your size. ● Report on what's actually working, in plain language, so decisions get made on evidence. What you'll need ● 5+ years in digital or performance marketing, ideally in retail, D2C, or home/lifestyle brands. ● A portfolio of social content you've made or directed that actually performed. ● Confidence managing external contractors/agencies — asking sharp questions, not accepting vague answers. ● Based in Singapore and able to work from our Lavender Street showroom. Nice to have ● Regular use of AI tools(Gemini,ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up content, analysis or reporting. ● Familiarity with GA4,Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics stacks. ● SEO experience, or experience overseeing an SEO agency. ● A background in furniture, interior design, or home goods marketing.
