Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate football training programs aligned with the Real Madrid Foundation methodology to enhance young players’ technical and tactical skills. Lead engaging training sessions that build players’ football abilities, tactical understanding, and character development. Provide individualized guidance and constructive feedback to improve players’ technical skills, game awareness, and teamwork. Design and execute practice drills, exercises, and game simulations to advance players’ decision-making and football competencies. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating training environment that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, and passion for football. Assess player performance and progress regularly, setting measurable goals to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with coaching staff to organize tournaments, friendly matches, and football events that enrich player experience. Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and matches by adhering to established safety protocols. Support other operational and administrative requirements of the school Preferred competencies and qualifications Coaching certification (preferred). Experience coaching youth football, especially young children. Strong knowledge of the Real Madrid Foundation methodology and principles. Passion for youth development and instilling core values in young athletes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with players, parents, and staff. Ability to create and maintain a positive and motivating training environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
