Public Speaking Trainer (Part-Time)

Job Description We are looking for a passionate and experienced Public Speaking Trainer (Part-Time on Weekdays) to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in teaching advanced-level communication, managing students in public environments, and designing meaningful enrichment experiences—including entrepreneurship and community outreach. Key Responsibilities Conduct speech enrichment classes , focusing on persuasive speech, hosting, debate, and leadership. Supervise students during public speaking opportunities in outdoor/community settings (e.g., public roadshows, school events). Plan and lead student showcases , parent engagement events, and internal competitions. Prepare student evaluations and liaise with parents on progress. Skills and Experience Required Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Education, Communications, Performing Arts, Psychology , or a relevant field. Certified in Speech & Drama / Public Speaking / Education (e.g., Trinity College London, LAMDA, ACTA, Toastmasters) is a strong advantage. Experience At least 1–3 years of relevant teaching/training experience. Prior experience with primary or youth learners . Excellent English communication (spoken and written). Strong storytelling, facilitation, and public presentation abilities. Confident classroom and group leadership. Creative, reliable, and passionate about teaching / training.
