Key Responsibilities Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities. Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees. Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities. Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting. Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience. Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance. Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices. Skills & Experience Required Fresh graduate passionate to do recruitment are welcome! A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback-you are a hungry learner!
