About the Role Sport Plus Media is looking for a meticulous and proactive Membership Experience & Digital Product Specialist to be the operational engine behind "THE HUB"— our new membership ecosystem and e-commerce business pillar. While our creative and content teams focus on storytelling, you will be responsible for the functional success of our member community. This is a part-time role suitable for students or fresh graduates looking for some flexibility in work arrangements. If you are obsessed with organisation, digital systems, and the "science" of customer loyalty, this is an exciting time to join us! You will report directly to the Founder and work closely with Content/Marketing and Commerce team members to ensure our business goals are met with precision. Key Responsibilities 1. Membership & Loyalty Management Architect the Journey : Design and manage the end-to-end membership lifecycle, from initial sign-up to long-term retention. Loyalty Marketing : Develop and execute loyalty initiatives (e.g., members events, corporate partnership tie-ups, members points systems, exclusive "member-only" perks, and tier-based rewards) to increase customer lifetime value. Member Communication : Manage the CRM and email marketing flows to ensure members feel valued and informed about upcoming events and products. Loyalty Execution : Implement and track loyalty initiatives (e.g., reward points, referral programs, and exclusive member communications) to drive engagement and retention. Member Support : Act as the primary point of contact for membership-related inquiries, building and ensuring a customer focused experience for our community. 2. E-commerce Operations Catalog Management : Shadow the team’s commerce specialist in maintaining Hitpay / Shopify backend with, including product uploads, description writing, and inventory tracking.
