Job Responsibilities: The Assistant Manager/Manager will work closely with the Team Lead of SportCares Master Plan Secretariat to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for SportCares, enhancing brand visibility and community engagement through compelling messaging and media outreach. The incumbent will play a key role in communicating SportCares' goals and activities to diverse audiences, furthering its mission of using sport to drive meaningful social impact. You will also fulfil the following responsibilities: 1. Communication Strategy Development • Conduct research and analysis on target audience demographics, preferences, and behaviours to define key messages that align with SportCares' mission and resonate with diverse community segments. • Develop and execute integrated communication plans for a series of signature SportCares initiatives, outlining tactics, timelines, and resource allocation to strengthen community outreach and brand presence. • Produce high-quality content across multiple platforms — including articles, social media, newsletters, and videos — using storytelling techniques to effectively convey SportCares' impact and success stories. • Implement SEO and digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and monitor audience engagement to refine approaches based on data insights. • Enhance stakeholder engagement and brand visibility through a refresh of the SportCares website and the development of new corporate collaterals that articulate SportCare's value and impact. 2. Media Relations and Outreach • Support the internal business partner in cultivating media relationships and working alongside PR agency to secure positive coverage, arranging interviews, features, and speaking engagements for SportCares' spokespeople and stakeholders. • Collaborate with internal business partner and PR agency to develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials that maximise SportCares' exposure and highlight key initiatives. • Contribute story ideas and news angles that spotlight SportCares' community impact, ensuring these are effectively pitched to relevant media contacts to enhance brand visibility and reputation. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration and Brand Consistency • Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and community organisations, coordinating joint communication efforts, co-branding opportunities, and cross-promotion of initiatives to amplify reach and impact. • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all communication channels and materials, incorporating stakeholder feedback to continuously refine approaches. • Manage crisis communications and reputation effectively to safeguard SportCares' brand and public standing. 4. Impact Report Development • Lead the end-to-end development of the SportCares Impact Report, from conceptualisation and content planning to design, production, and dissemination, ensuring the final product is visually engaging and aligned with SportCares…
