The incumbent will implement capability development programmes and learning initiatives that enhance the skills and competencies of ActiveSG staff, while managing digital learning transformations to ensure effective learning outcomes that support organisational growth and excellence to build a future-ready, high-performing workforce for ActiveSG 3.0. Role and Responsibilities: • Execute training initiatives balancing operational and learning needs, including coordinating WorkStudy Diploma trainee distribution across zones • Support research and benchmarking studies for learning initiatives and industry best practices • Manage quality assurance for accreditation requirements and workplace certification processes • Review training analytics and implement documentation systems to track effectiveness • Support policy reviews through data-driven insight • Design and execute blended learning solutions leveraging data analytics and adaptive technologies to meet diverse learning needs • Support global knowledge exchange programmes through strategic overseas and local attachments, ensuring meaningful learning transfer • Support WorkStudy programme implementation, including OJT task list design and learner progress monitoring and organising cohesion activities • Manage learning platform operations and system enhancements through regular user feedback and technological updates • Support workplace learning transformation initiatives through innovative approaches and digital solutions • Support implementation of learning analytics frameworks to measure programme effectiveness and guide improvements • Support systems implementation and resource optimisation to enhance training delivery • Coordinate development of integrated training environments that facilitate modern learning approaches • Implement analytics projects to generate insights for training enhancements • Manage system integration initiatives to ensure seamless learning experiences • Co-lead projects to optimise training curriculum and delivery with various divisions e.g. volunteers, part-time staff and service excellence for frontliners • Support large-scale division-wide and organisation-wide projects (e.g., International Lifeguard Appreciation Day, World Safety Day, GetActive! Singapore) • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to maximise synergies across teams • Support internal working groups to drive strategic training priorities • Manage project evaluation and reporting to ensure achievement of objectives • Manage resource allocation across multiple projects to optimise outcomes We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
