Finance Executive

Sports Schooling is looking for a Finance Executive who is organised, meticulous and proactive to support our growing organisation. This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping and offers the opportunity to work closely with management in driving the company's financial operations. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Prepare and process invoices, receipts and payments Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records Assist with monthly financial reporting and management accounts Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external vendors Support budgeting and cash flow monitoring Maintain payroll records and work alongside HR on finance-related matters Assist with grant claims and government submissions where required Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and statutory requirements Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance department We're Looking For Someone Who Holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline Has at least 2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero) Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Is able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments Takes ownership of tasks and enjoys improving processes What We Offer A collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and professional development Exposure to a fast-paced and growing organisation The opportunity to contribute to a company that positively impacts children and families through sport Eligibility This position is open to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, or candidates with valid work authorisation to work in Singapore .
