Finance Manager

Finance Manager Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Sports Schooling is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions across our growing group of companies. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and working closely with management to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the full set of accounts and day-to-day finance operations. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Perform month-end and year-end financial closing. Maintain accurate accounting records using Xero. Prepare and submit GST returns and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements. Coordinate and manage annual audits, including preparation of schedules and supporting documents. Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations. Process staff claims and reimbursements. Support payroll administration and related statutory submissions. Ensure compliance with ACRA, tax, and other statutory requirements. Review and improve finance processes, controls, and reporting systems. Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Experience with Xero Accounting Software preferred. Familiarity with GST filing, financial closing, and audit processes. Strong understanding of Singapore accounting and compliance requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
