Spring Veterinary Care: Seeking Full Time Veterinarians for Singapore Clinics Spring Veterinary Care has 2 clinics in Singapore. Locations are in Hougang and Punggol. We treat most small animals including pocket pets and terrapin. We also have a keen interest in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Facilities include a computerized system, hospitalization, in-house diagnostic laboratory, ultrasonography, x-ray, dentistry and surgery. Generally, veterinary degrees from veterinary schools fully accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) , the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) or the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC) are acceptable qualifications for obtaining a veterinary licence in Singapore. These degrees may be issued by the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and AVMA-accredited veterinary schools.
