Client Engagement Executive (Full Time/Part Time/Internship)

Overview We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Client Engagement Executive to support customer engagement and daily business activities. You will engage with prospective customers, respond to enquiries, provide information on our training programmes, and coordinate customer-related matters while gaining hands-on exposure to client engagement and business operations in a growing SME. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers and respond to enquiries Follow up with customers and provide information on our training programmes Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers Support customers throughout the enrolment process Coordinate customer and programme-related matters Prepare quotations, reports, and administrative documents Maintain customer records, documentation, and data accuracy Liaise with trainers, staff, and external stakeholders Provide general customer and operational support as required Learning Outcomes Exposure to administration and business operations in a growing SME Opportunity to work closely with management and experienced professionals Develop communication, coordination, and organisational skills Gain experience in customer support, recruitment, and office administration Opportunities to take on greater responsibilities as you grow Requirements Undergraduate / Graduates in Business, Human Resource Management, Communications, or related fields Students from NUS, NTU, SIM, or related institutions are preferred Students on credit-bearing internship / LOA / work-study programmes are welcome to apply Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn Comfortable communicating with customers and external stakeholders Working Hours Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 Salary To be negotiated based on experience Location 5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT Interested Applicants Please email your Resume/CV to: admin(at)sthua.com.sg
