Overview We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Business Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the business. You will coordinate with prospective customers, manage follow-ups, assist with programme delivery, and support operational processes to ensure smooth business operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to business operations, customer interactions, and process improvement within a growing SME. Key Responsibilities Support daily business operations and office administration Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and business documents Maintain records, filing systems, and data accuracy Coordinate schedules, meetings, and training programmes Support recruitment, interview coordination, and staff onboarding Respond to customer enquiries and follow up with prospective customers Liaise with trainers, customers, and external partners Assist management with operational coordination and process improvements Provide general administrative and operational support as required Learning Outcomes Exposure to business operations in a growing SME Hands-on experience across administration, operations, and customer support Opportunity to work closely with management Develop communication, coordination, and organisational skills Gain practical experience in recruitment and business operations Opportunities for career growth and increased responsibilities Requirements Undergraduate / Graduates in Business, Human Resource Management, Communications, or related fields Students from NUS, NTU, SIM, or related institutions are preferred Students on credit-bearing internship / LOA / work-study programmes are welcome to apply Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn Comfortable communicating with customers and external stakeholders Working Hours Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 Salary To be negotiated based on experience Location 5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT Interested Applicants Please email your Resume/CV to: admin(at)sthua.com.sg
