M&E Engineer

Job description: Working hours - MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM TO 5PM SATURDAY ALTERNATE - 8AM TO 12PM ( IF WANT TO EARN MORE MONEY AFTER 12PM IS OT) Job Responsibilities Responsible for execution and overall progress of project contracts Monitor installation progress and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery Report project progress to the Project Manager and track milestones Supervise works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation/testing & commissioning (T&C) check sheets, progress reports, and related documentation Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on shop drawing preparation and submission Prepare and coordinate technical submissions with suppliers and subcontractors Support the Project Manager in procurement and negotiation of materials, equipment, and manpower within approved budget Conduct technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site and engineering issues Liaise with authorities, subcontractors, and clients on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning requirements Job Requirements Experience in Data Center projects or Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) preferred Mechanical knowledge in VAV, VRV systems, cooling towers, chillers, chilled water piping, and A&A works Electrical knowledge in retrofit works, renovation projects, lighting control systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS) MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND familiar WITH HVAC & ACMV Chan Wei Wen, Mervyn (Reg.
