Telemarketing Specialist (Open To Ft/Pt)

Job Title: Telemarketing Specialist (No Sales Involved) Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, introducing company products and services, and scheduling appointments for company representatives. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. No sale is involved, only appointment fixing. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services. Schedule appointments between clients and company representatives. Follow up with clients to confirm and manage appointments. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth client acquisition process. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with clients over the phone. Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). Good phone etiquette and customer service skills. No experience required—training and scripts will be provided. Able to start work within a short period. Only open to Singaporeans and PRs. Remuneration & Benefits: Base salary + Incentive + AWS. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm. Training and mentorship provided. Career growth opportunities within the company.
