Senior Interior Designer / Design Manager @ F&B / Retail

Responsibilities Produce concept designs, space plans, material presentations, and detailed construction documentation to ensure design quality and compliance Allocate and prepare tender documentation and detailed drawings to support project bidding and execution Plan, design, and furnish commercial interiors to meet client requirements and functional needs Manage projects independently from inception to completion, delivering on time and within budget Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to clients to secure approvals and feedback Liaise and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and building regulations Conduct client meetings and provide regular reports on design progress and project status Perform site measurements, develop layout plans, and select appropriate materials to meet design and functional standards Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail/F&B commercial interior fit-out industry Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software applications @ mingyan@staffhub.com
