Summary Basic $4700 + AWS + VB 14 AL Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Location: Tampines Responsibilities Handled full sets of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoice processing, receipts, and payment transactions. Issued and posted sales invoices, credit memos, and vendor invoices based on supporting documents and contractual agreements. Processed weekly and monthly vendor payments and managed intercompany transactions. Prepared journal entries, journal vouchers, and performed bank reconciliations. Generated AR aging reports, Statements of Account, and followed up on overdue payments with customers. Supported month-end closing, fixed asset register maintenance, and year-end audit documentation.
