ACMV Design Manager (Construction / M&E / ACMV)

Summary: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) Established engineering and construction environment Opportunity to work on Cleanroom, ISO Laboratory, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare projects Involved in projects from design development through execution Collaborative and growth-oriented workplace Job Scopes: Develop ACMV system designs, layouts, and technical solutions based on project requirements. Prepare design drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM). Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Review technical specifications and ensure designs comply with applicable standards and project requirements. Provide technical support and resolve design-related issues during project implementation. Participate in design coordination meetings and support value engineering initiatives where appropriate. Maintain proper project documentation and design records throughout the project lifecycle. Perform other related duties assigned in support of project delivery.
